The discrete art of hospitality has very old roots; it starts in the elegant years of the latter part of the nineteenth century, when the mid - european aristocracy discovered the special attraction of the area of Lake Garda with its mild climate and the spectacular beauty of its natural scenery.

As in those times, to walk through these places is to enjoy a quiet and refreshing atmosphere: the fishermen’s boats early in the morning, the promenades decorated with multicoloured oleanders, the narrow streets lined with magnificent gardens emitting a rare Mediterranean fragrance and the pleasant strolls among the olive trees which reflect the colours of the lake. Everything that man has added has only accentuated the spirit and beauty of the area. It is here that one realizes that the past has been rediscovered.
