  • The present price list is intended per apartment per day in Euro, with taxes and service charge included.
  • Prices are sometimes indicated as from a minimum of (min) to a maximum of (max): this depends on the different level of features for the same type of apartment. The final price will be confirmed during booking procedures according to the apartment available, but cannot exceed the maximum (max) official price indicated herein. 
  •  For the apartments with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms  a surchage will be applied .
  • The following services and facilities are included in the official price: water, electricity, refrigerator, microwave oven, centralised heating, independent heating, air conditioning, safe deposit box , cots, small beds, linen at the start of the vacation, change of linen, private parking closed at night, barbecue, bicycle deposit.
  • Compulsory final cleaning from 45 euro  to 90 euro.
  • Other services available on request:  Free delivery of fresh bread and milk for breakfast time. Free delivery of food & beverage into your apartment. Delivery of  newspapers. Shiatsu and  Ayurvedic massage. Daily excursions at special fares. Transfers from or to airports/railway stations.
  • Children's special: from 0 to 2 years of age a discount of 100% · from 2 to 6 years of age a discount of 100%. The discount is applicable for children staying in their parent's apartment.
  • Check-in: from 17:00 to 20:00. Check-out: from 08:00 to 10:00 · in the event of arrival after 18 please notify by telephone at +39.0365.21836.
